steps to get help

Glub Tech works hard to assist our customers in the best ways possible. Currently we only offer support via email or in the web forums. We try to respond to all emails within a 4 hour period Monday thru Friday between 9am - 6pm Pacific Time.

If you are having a problem with one of our programs, we suggest you do the following before contacting us help:

  1. Make sure that the prerequesites for the product have been met.

  2. Read the documentation that came with the product.

  3. Read the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) for the product.

  4. Browse or search the User to User Forums for the product.

  5. Browse or search the bug database to see if the problem you have found is a known issue.

If you feel that your problem has not been addressed by any of the preceding steps, don't hesitate to contact us. To make the process more efficient, make sure you include the following information in your message to us:

  1. What product are you having trouble with?

  2. What operating system are you running the product on?

  3. What version of Java are you running? You can verify this by opening a command prompt/terminal and type java -version.

  4. What problems are you seeing?

All bugs and/or features can be found/created in our bug database. We ask that you first search the bug base to see if your bug/feature is already in there before submitting it.
