Client License

The client license grants usage of our product on one (1) machine for (1) user unless otherwise mentioned.

If the machine is a server, one (1) license must be purchased for each concurrent user of our product. For example, if you have five (5) people using our product at the same time, you will need to have five (5) licenses. To be in compliance with this requirement, we ask that you make a guess to the number of concurrent users in good faith.

Non-commercial/Personal License

The personal license grants usage of our product on a personal basis. That is, it cannot be used for commercial purposes. For our server-based products, there is a connection limit of 5 simultaneous connections.

Individual Server License

The individual server license grants usage of our product with one (1) instance on one (1) IP address on one (1) machine. For our server-based products, there are no connection limits.

Site License

The site license grants usage of our product on an unlimited number of machines operated by your company and/or institution. For our server-based products, there are no connection limits.

Non-Profit License

In order for your product to fall under the label of NON-PROFIT, your company/institution must be a NON-PROFIT organization, the product being released by the company/institution can not be sold, and the added functionality of the Glub Tech, Inc. libraries can not be greater than those offered by your core application. Additionally, credit must be given to the inclusion of these forementioned libraries in your product where you see fit.

Internal Use (or Not For Sale) License

In order for your product to fall under the label of INTERNAL USE, the product being released by the company/institution can not be sold, and the added functionality of the Glub Tech, Inc. libraries can not be greater than those offered by your core application. This product can be used for internal use within the company/institution or made public at no cost. If the product is made public, credit must be given to to the inclusion of these forementioned libraries in your product where you see fit.

For Profit (Minor Feature) License

In order for you to distribute Glub Tech, Inc. libraries in your product that will be sold for profit, the licensing fee must be purchased in advance of the sale of each 10,000 unit block. The added functionality of the Glub Tech, Inc. libraries can not be greater than those offered by your core application. Additionally, credit must be given to the inclusion of these forementioned libraries in your product where you see fit.

For Profit (Major Feature) License

In order for you to distribute Glub Tech, Inc. libraries in your product that will be sold for profit, the licensing fee must be purchased in advance of the sale of each 10,000 unit block. This license allows for the re-branding of our products in a manner that can be used to compete with the software provided by Glub Tech, Inc. Additionally, credit must be given to the inclusion of these forementioned libraries in your product where you see fit.
